The notebook's original title is: "Notebook for recording the books currently available at the Hadi Dawlatabadi Library since its founding (5/5/1966), which were transferred from various libraries for sale." It includes poetry, book lists, and miscellaneous notes. This notebook is accompanied by two printed pages of a prayer.

A collection of letters from Jalal Azal to Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi and Subhi. In one letter, Jalal Azal asks Qamar Taj about some information. Another letter is about books and documents which Qamar Taj borrowed from ʻAliyah Ruhi in Cyprus. In this letter, Jalal Azal asks Qamar Taj to return these books and documents to ʻAtiyah Ruhi. Another is about death of ʻIsmat Khanum's mother. In one other letter, Jalal Azal wrote to Subhi about Subh-i Azal's works, which Qamar Taj took without notification and never returned.

Will of Haj Hamzah Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Tabriz, resident of Najaf, in which he gives one hundred tumans to his wife (daughter of Haj Shaykh Muhammad) for her mahr, three hundred tumans for purchasing a house for her, and allows her to keeps all her belongings including clothing, carpets, and household furnishings. He also determines one-third of his inheritance and allocates money to be spent for his funeral and religious duties including ablution, the funeral, prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, and charity. Letters from Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to Fakhr Taj and Qamar Taj
Letters from Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to her half-sisters, Fakhr Taj and Qamar Taj Dawlatabadi, the daughters of Haj Mirza Hadi Dawlatabadi and his second wife, Munis Aqa. The collection, spanning from 1923 to 1961, includes letters sent during her time in Europe, letters sent back in Iran, and letters sent during Qamar Taj's stay in London. The subjects include a reception for the Ambassador of Afghanistan, a party hosted by the Alliance School, and the Congress of the International Alliance of Women in Paris.
